Go outside and find a small animal. Any animal will do, be it a bird or a rabbit, or any other small critter. Strangle it to death. Don't stab it, or crush it, or shoot it. Strangle it. It'll take a bit longer than you think. As you watch the life force drain from it's body, you might have second thoughts about what you're doing. Don't stop. Keep going until it's fully dead. When you're done, look at it's corpse and see if you're still mad
