ya n i was googlin to see if i could take em w my meds jus to be cautious lmao but it turns out i can take them to reduce paresthesia from my hypertension meds

you don't need to take potassium while not fasting

well

you can take one or 2 pills to help with the tingling but don't take the full amount you'll take while fasting
