Honest what the APA said isn't going to change much in the actual practice of psychology. I go to a psycologist and basically anything they say always pandered to girls and I could learn from a free self help books and videos. Going to a psychologist or psychiatric isn't going to help men with all these burdens they have in the new matriarchy.
