Im trying to change eating habit

And eat once

A day

Thats not good

I used to eat 9 meals

Daily

We should eat throughout day. small bits

No breakfast

I eat a lot each meal usually tho

I hate eating breakfast

I feel bad if i eat that early

Breakfast is gross

I always eat a meal before bed to stay full

And rest well

Makes sense

You need to eat through the day though

So your body knows its not in starve mode
