I like the engine better than fallout 4s because it’s easy to crank FPS into like 200s with tweaks

And enbs make it look better than fallout 4 vanilla

Ye but I feel like New Vegas has zero seriousness at all it feels like an arcade game

Plus I can just make a character with 10 Luck and begin the game with unlimited caps

I play without enbs cause i want my overlays, and with some mods it's looking pretty good for 2017

Fallout 2 felt less serious
