Imagine not playing Red mage

Wow

red mage was really fun in FFXI but it seems kinda weird in FFXIV

its just a straight up heavy nuke class

in FFXI it was a debuffer with support healing

and you had unique buffs like haste and mana regen

support classes are the patrician choice

bard was really fun too

your buffs only lasted 30s and took like 20s to cast so you spent the whole fight buffing

it was fun

they were an AOE around you so you'd like

run to the melee group

buff

run to the caster group

buff

repeat

Astrologian is my personal favorite buff healer

it seems neat

i hope at some point they rebalance BLU and make it a full class

if they do imma main that shit forever

So I've only played the super old FF games

White mage was meant to be support and heals

Black was mega damage and debuffs

Red was like a mix of both

What wtf is blue and green mage?

Or has it all changed since then?

Red changed to burst damage for ff14

Blue changed to a limited class and cant be brought into high end content but is stupid broken due to some spells

But white and black are the same still

What's green?

I'm not sure on that one, will have to wait until Eris wakes up
