My T levels I'm not sure about but considering I lift more than most my gym partners I think I'm at least higher than average. I just got greedy and decided to start taking herbs that have phytotestosterone properties, like ashgawanda, saw palmento, and a few others. I was pretty hornt before but man, I feel like I'm 13 and it's really annoying. Going to swap my fish oil for flaxseed oil for a few days until things balance out.
