So my Liberal MP has a "neighbourhood checkup" meeting coming up soon. She's also somehow the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs, despite being MP for a central Toronto riding. What are the best pointed questions I can go ask?
Best I can think of at the moment is how someone from Toronto is supposed to negotiate with protesting natives
How long will the federal government entertain indigenous protests "in solidarity with Wet'suwet'en" before intervening with force?
Or reframing: How long will the federal government allow public roads and transit to be disrupted by protests in solidarity with Wet'suwet'en before intervening with force?
If she says they will not use force: Why are first Nations, or groups claiming to be protesting in support of first Nations, not subjected to the laws that other citizens are forced to abide?
