both lawsuits specifically target false narratives spread by people, so depending on how these 2 cases go... it could change the way the news media covers things. If the covington kid wins his 250 million dollar suit.... that will be quite the incentive for news agencies to be a tad more honest... or itll cost them.

Sandmann's case passed the initial phase of being screened by the judge to see if he had a legitimate case. Now the case is entering the discovery phase, which will uncover emails... txt messages. phone calls. and etc between the journalists
