seems like run of the mill politics uber alles decision making

Cuba could probably be brought around to free enterprise with how destitute most people there are, if we started pushing them on it
reviving free market and trade infrastructure in Cuba could be fantastic for us
do we still block American carmakers from exporting to Cuba?
especially as yet another buffer against venezuela
seems like a new market for cars would be extremely helpful for Detroit rn
