Should the US go to war if we sent a US General to China to meet rebels/terrorists ~He has a history of working with to attack the Chinese government and it's innocent people?
I think if the situation played out different the world would be pissed at the US for sending our top military leadership into a country they have no business being in! It wouldn't be... Oh how sad... US General is dead! ACT OF WAR!

Ultimately it is as pointless as impeaching with Abuse of Power.... Definition of an Act of War is~ an act of aggression by a country against another with which it is nominally at peace.
