The issue with a conservative marriage is that life can be somewhat strict. If it is a Traditional Marriage, Woman stay home, have baby, cook, etc. while the man works. And for the most part this used to work in the past, however, given shifting social norms, as well as High Skill Labor being outsourced, it becomes difficult for the Traditional Family to exist.

On top of that, they can have a Tendency to be Controlling, Abusive, and Toxic

Geographically, they bleed over to non-conservative and non-religious couples in the same communities

My Ma’s Parents got Divorced (I’m not sure why and I haven’t asked) when she was really young and this was in a Rural NC Community so you can imagine the Stigma
