the illegals are on TOP of these charts. on top of those who came legally.

2020-02-05 06:15:55 UTC

now im not using this as a pretense to like... kick them all out or anything like that. but certainly as a pretense to stop the legal immigration for the time being until we integrate these people

From my view as a US citizen, my greatest frustration is the pick and choose of laws we are going to enforce. To over-look felonies and federal crimes puts me in a strange place when getting in trouble for petty misdemeanors.

2020-02-05 06:18:42 UTC

For example when i get a ticket for expired tabs in front of a homeless camp of people shooting heroin here in Seattle

2020-02-05 06:19:29 UTC

So if you are going to let illegal border crossers break that law, and not enforce it, what right does law enforcement have to apply any other basic law?

2020-02-05 06:20:36 UTC

well and its not even just the illegals that are rapidly changing the texture or our society. our gov is letting in millions of non english speaking low skill workers every year lol. it was a lot worse before trump but even he is still talking about visa programs for indians and stuff.

2020-02-05 06:21:50 UTC

and yea TBB thatd be discouraging

2020-02-05 06:21:59 UTC

the whole getting a ticket thing

That feels like almost 2 conversations though. It can be a more gentile discussion when we start talking about the people we let in here with clear backgrounds that go through the process of obtaining citizenship. But still not saying it is not something that needs reform if we have standards that are too low.

2020-02-05 06:25:53 UTC

nah on the gentle stuff

2020-02-05 06:28:01 UTC

haha, I would not care, if the demographics simply changed due to... a "natural process", but I can't help but feel that the immigration policy is essentially being used to change voting demographics.

2020-02-05 06:30:08 UTC

well of course it is, but anyways we can get off of that. For me personally the preservation of my country and my people. The people who built this country and are responsible for its institutions. I would fight the erosion of that even if it was a natural process. In fact you could say that nature does actively try to kill you. But we fight that. Itd be natural for a lion to eat us, but we have overcame that. Thats kind of part of what we do really. but we can talk about seattle instead if youd like

2020-02-05 06:30:09 UTC

lol

2020-02-05 06:30:45 UTC

its natural for humans to fight nature bro <:BIGBRAIN:501101491428392991>

2020-02-05 06:30:46 UTC

I think the... motive for migration has changed. By telling would be immigrants that they deserve to come here and have free shit.. The narrative being sent out is attracting people who essentially have all the wrong intentions for their migration. Vs the Chinese, Germans, and Irish back in the day that knew if the came it would take generations of work to earn their place as a naturalized sub culture within the US.

2020-02-05 06:34:06 UTC

You can't just show up and be all.. "respect me getting here was hard."

2020-02-05 06:34:42 UTC

well see the germans and irish like... im mostly irish and my family doesnt even speak irish. you want to talk about integration. integrated so much into american culture we forgot the language we started with

2020-02-05 06:34:57 UTC

That is step 1

2020-02-05 06:35:01 UTC

contrast that with these people.

2020-02-05 06:35:06 UTC

these days

2020-02-05 06:36:00 UTC

besides you could argue we needed to fill out the vast expanse of land we had. we needed to build railroads. and chinse and european peoples. high IQ. good choices

2020-02-05 06:36:21 UTC

low crime, high indicator for success. made sense.
