No, I'm relying on the very real sociological differences between a Japanese Libertarian and a Somali.

They have entirely different cultures.

As I said, the "Right Wing" is a loose coalition of Traditionalists and pseudo libertarians

Differing social norms and values, mores and folkways, formal and informal norms.
