and the government
Most parasitic or violent businesses are propped up so because consumers don't like that stuff
Information is currency in the digital age
if they government wasnt bailing them out, they'd die
they'd go out of buisness in like 5-10 years if the government stopped paying them
Nope
yep
I’d say if anything the government feeding into big companies is the only things stopping them from just fucking people over
Literally
literally what
Since they still have to go through some sort of ruling body
Essentially a delay of power
"yes, giving the companies more power and letting them run at a loss, running despite not enough people willing to pay to keep it profitable, will prevent them from being bad, yes, 100%"
its preventing the customers from boycotting
its preventing the company from failing
its preventing it from having to learn from its mistakes and improve
Getting rid of the government would literally just hand the major players power
On a cute little plate too
literally how
they are getting less money
they arent getting subsidies
"yes, they get massive power from going into the red"
As I said before the big companies are currently in a delay of power from the government
since when
and how so
Since Vanderbilt
literally what?
I’m gonna get a bit anecdotal
you already kinda were?
More so
I work for a large insurance company
Biggest one in the US
We (like every other fortune 10 company) consolidate power (information in this case) through legislation
Since were already as big as the law allows us to get
`consolidate power (information in this case) through legislation` there's your problem
If we didn’t have to go through legislation we could just have our firms co opt all of our information and run an insurance state
And if doctors don’t comply well just blacklist them
And if we get boycotted we just take away their records
Simple
`And if we get boycotted we just take away their records`
uh
what
We can’t do that now because legislation acts like molasses to our rolling ball
