and the government

2019-08-14 20:05:47 UTC

Most parasitic or violent businesses are propped up so because consumers don't like that stuff

2019-08-14 20:05:50 UTC

Information is currency in the digital age

2019-08-14 20:05:53 UTC

if they government wasnt bailing them out, they'd die

2019-08-14 20:06:10 UTC

they'd go out of buisness in like 5-10 years if the government stopped paying them

2019-08-14 20:06:13 UTC

Nope

2019-08-14 20:06:15 UTC

yep

2019-08-14 20:07:06 UTC

I’d say if anything the government feeding into big companies is the only things stopping them from just fucking people over
Literally

2019-08-14 20:07:23 UTC

literally what

2019-08-14 20:07:28 UTC

Since they still have to go through some sort of ruling body

2019-08-14 20:07:38 UTC

Essentially a delay of power

2019-08-14 20:08:03 UTC

"yes, giving the companies more power and letting them run at a loss, running despite not enough people willing to pay to keep it profitable, will prevent them from being bad, yes, 100%"

2019-08-14 20:08:16 UTC

its preventing the customers from boycotting

2019-08-14 20:08:21 UTC

its preventing the company from failing

2019-08-14 20:08:31 UTC

its preventing it from having to learn from its mistakes and improve

2019-08-14 20:08:49 UTC

Getting rid of the government would literally just hand the major players power

2019-08-14 20:09:00 UTC

On a cute little plate too

2019-08-14 20:09:05 UTC

literally how

2019-08-14 20:09:10 UTC

they are getting less money

2019-08-14 20:09:13 UTC

they arent getting subsidies

2019-08-14 20:09:17 UTC

they make 20 billion less per year

2019-08-14 20:09:33 UTC

"yes, they get massive power from going into the red"

2019-08-14 20:09:35 UTC

As I said before the big companies are currently in a delay of power from the government

2019-08-14 20:09:41 UTC

since when

2019-08-14 20:09:48 UTC

and how so

2019-08-14 20:09:53 UTC

Since Vanderbilt

2019-08-14 20:09:58 UTC

literally what?

2019-08-14 20:10:28 UTC

I’m gonna get a bit anecdotal

2019-08-14 20:10:38 UTC

you already kinda were?

2019-08-14 20:10:48 UTC

More so

2019-08-14 20:12:22 UTC

I work for a large insurance company
Biggest one in the US
We (like every other fortune 10 company) consolidate power (information in this case) through legislation

2019-08-14 20:12:37 UTC

Since were already as big as the law allows us to get

2019-08-14 20:12:42 UTC

`consolidate power (information in this case) through legislation` there's your problem

2019-08-14 20:13:56 UTC

If we didn’t have to go through legislation we could just have our firms co opt all of our information and run an insurance state

2019-08-14 20:14:21 UTC

And if doctors don’t comply well just blacklist them

2019-08-14 20:14:58 UTC

And if we get boycotted we just take away their records

2019-08-14 20:15:03 UTC

Simple

2019-08-14 20:15:47 UTC

`And if we get boycotted we just take away their records`

2019-08-14 20:15:49 UTC

uh

2019-08-14 20:15:51 UTC

what

2019-08-14 20:15:53 UTC

We can’t do that now because legislation acts like molasses to our rolling ball
