i understand maybe not everyone needs a fully automatic gatling gun, or explosive ammo

but i think its reasonable for even ex-criminals to own self-defense weapons

thats different, thats on someone's property, in this case, a prison

its like how you may ask someone not to carry around guns in your house

i mean ownership in their house as their property

and preferably atleast conceal carry in public places

then i think we'd have a safer society

mass shootings stopped by citizens usually have 2 deaths on average, mass shootings stopped by police kill 14 on average
