Thus, this lawsuit does not implicate Twitter’s right to regulate its public forum to prevent legitimate instances of obscenity, harassment, threats, and abuse, so long as these rules are written and enforced in a viewpoint-neutral manner. Instead, it raises the issue of whether Twitter can create an online public forum, and then once the public forum becomes near ubiquitous, arbitrarily and discriminatorily ban users from its platform due to Twitter’s disagreement with a speaker’s viewpoint, political beliefs, and perceived political affiliations.
this argument is the best imo
basically twitters lawyers were trying to use anti-slaap laws to get the lawsuit dismissed
and the judge told them how ridiculous it was
anyone else find it odd Richard Spencer is verified on twitter while plenty of other guys got banned?
he's a fed
that's what I thought
he openly calls himself alt-right
and claims he made it up
twitter is specifically targeting people
it's actually very strange
an alternative right-wing was building on /pol/ for years before Spencer ever showed his ugly face
if they were consistent with banning, they would lose probably 70% of its users
richard aint verified anymore
but hes deffo a fed
and most likely a homosexual
ugly ass
Richard is the most stereotypical fed imaginable
his wife is a trap
wtf
is this retard
he comes out of nowhere claiming to be a leader of an organization that doesn't exist
why is vitaly a roid head now
then gets people to meet up with torches
ok bro
so they can get fired
idc about traps
they're not shredded
Pretty sure Richard Spencer is some kind of controlled opposition
even if he isn't, bad scene
i think the fed accusations are pretty cynical. he's probably just an opportunist
either way nobody should trust him
I like him going to universities though
those are always fun
he can keep doing that
I wasn't convinced on the fed part untill the whole Charlottesville thing happened
