A raspberry pi can play games at 1080p and 60fps as well. *Depends which games*
yeah well if you watched the video you might actually be surprised
That title sounds downright unrealistic
I am surprised.
I've got an i5 - 4460 and a GTX 960, and that budget setup runs just as well
<:GWsetmyxPeepoPinged:405337566787928065>
i have gtx960 too
it's great for a second PC especially
if you have friends over and whatnot
or for HTPC things
And here I am with a $1200 Dell Insperion because I'm too inept with computers to even bother with any of this
beh
I have a decent 800 dollar rig
I need a better GPU but so expensivbe
How important is GPU for gaming really?
Wow. I din't realize the 960 was still so expensive
1070's are like $400 atm
Duh
GPU
Ofc that's important
GPU is by far the most important thing for gaming
Yeah I know. I was thinking CPU for some reason.
CPU is also necissary depending on the type of game. But yea GPUs are far more expensive than CPUs atm
I wish it was just my CPU needing an upgrade
If it's SupCom, you could have literal cyber Jesus powering your computer and it wouldn't be enough

Wait these are actually a thing now?
Yeah!
Sounds like it's as much a gimmick as the rest of VR, but cool shit nonetheless
Still some quirks though
I don't think VR is a gimmick, because the possibility of fully immersive VR *is* visibly nearby
The hardware is all there, it's just software now
I'm not writing it off completely.
But until it becomes more than a rich boi niche product, I'mma remain skeptical
Yes I know it's not actually that expensive
Rich boi niche for the next 10 years? yes.
With the above treadmill I bet it would be tho
its very expensive for what you get, because theres not enough good software
once the displays get better and lighter tho id like to get some to replace the neck strain from staring at my monitor
