there needs to be a human solution though, not a friggin "they're too different and can't be assimilated" solution, since they've already been in the country forever. We can clearly see that there are plenty of fine examples of black people living normal lives in the states. It needs to become more common for any black people in the states to want to get out of the cycle, and not knock up a chick and run off, there needs to be more of them breaking the cycle than there are continuing it.
