It wouldnt. Since the gov owns all the wealth the loans really mean nothing since it would amount to no real gain when that money returns to the state. It would be a net nuetral economy until the people lose faith in the currency and it becomes worthless.

Inflation is natural. It would be to regulate rates as well as produce currency. Though tbh i think that shouldnt be in the hands of a non gov entity. But yea inflation happens regardless.
