NV doesn't have that issue at all. Most of the early game is against human characters, and those go down quick.

Everyone says witcher 3 has depth, but i thought the story was the primary focus of the game. leaving everyhting else boring.

early game yes, But enemies scale with your level

Enemies don't scale in NV. I think it's actually a saving grace.

I just played it recently, unless you're meming it up with .22lr pistols, everything goes down just fine.

if you shoot someone with a bullet and hit them it should hurt them a little

I remember using the 9mm SMG to mow down raiders pretty easily at the hotel for example.

I mean, by the time you get weapons like the Tommy Gun and start loading it with .45 Supers, you can meltdown entire fucking groups of Deathclaws.

that hotel is a little too easy unless you go straight to it

theres only 1 part of the game where you HAVE to fire a projectile, and its like a rocket missile or something for some mission

So at higher levels, he just oneshots fucking everything.
