I think you need some sort of saftey net for the dispossessed, or else they can be led astray and turned into a force of corruption and destruction. And that means a degree of charity is required to stabilize our country in times of recession. And to the matters of how such charity may be accomplished, it requires a negotiation between the prosperous and the dispossessed. I believe this is why there must always be opposing parties for the rich and poor, because the subjects of this debate will always be ever-changing.
