`Ok, the kid gets a fund where the parents can add money at will, but you can't whitdrawl untill the kid is 18. Supposedly, the state should invest the money and pay some % of interest. What they did was tax it themselves so much that they were actually reducing the money, but since you can't take your money untill you are 18 it's honestly a scam, since they added the tax years after`
