my strategy for dealing with corrupt court systems would be to create a parallel system of justice

something along the lines of sharia courts

that will take full responsibility for cases pertaining to family law

Women are more childlike in order to get their needs met. While men and women are necessary to make a child the long term survival of the woman is more important for reproduction so women have evolved to be more needy, to manipulate the social situation to have their immediate material needs come before men, and conversely men have evolved to be adept at mastering reality to meet the needs of women and the tribe.

Most basic needs don't require much logic to feel or communicate. You can feel hunger without logic, you can feel like you want a roof over your head without logic. But meeting those needs can be much more demanding in the logic department.
