when they say "commonwealth immigration" they're not talking about Canada and Australia, more Britons migrate to these countries than to Britain from them, they're talking about India and Africa
Which is the real reason why they're withdrawing from the EU tbh
They're not the most attractive destination in Europe they want more negroes and Indians in the UK and will probably create some expedited process of immigration for these fine "Commonwealth immigrants"

So Nigeria and India are considered equal to New Zealand , Australia and Canada

It's all the Dominions, Colonies and Protectorates of the Empire, excepting a few which left, like Ireland, and some countries which were never part of the empire and voluntarily joined the Commonwealth
