As far as i can tell the alt-right is just as degenerate. They keep complaining about not being able to get laid, they claim to represent a people who for the most part wants nothing to do with them. They can't convince enough people of their ideas so their only hope in hell is forcing an unwilling population to go along with them. Its degenerate af.
There would probably be much less obsession about other people's sex lives if people in the alt-right were actually well adjuted individuals.

@Boniface 1. The Alt right is a collection of people who have become aware of racial differences and double standards. Don't psychopathologize the truth.
2. The majority of white people today don't get it. So what? They are ignorant and you are trying to socially shame us into dishonestly going with the pack?
3. Many people in the Alt right are aware of the fact that the vast majority of people of all races are lemmings. "The shit of the world," as JF would put it. We want what we want and don't care if others disagree.
4. You don't have any clue what the "social status demographics" of the Alt Right are, because the smart ones would remain anonymous until they are antifragile. Nobody does, but in my experience, the top 1% of straight white males are far more aware of Alt right truths than the bottom 99%, they just have too much to lose to be open. They are instinctively more ruthless and intelligent than the hoarde, so it is only natural they would be aware of the relevant facts and unhappy about how things are going.
The first people to join any dissident movement are normally outcasts in the current society.
