It comes down I think in understanding how the other person thinks, and working to use their strengths in compliment, and finding a compromise here and there. @Cascade I know what you mean. I am an analyst personality, and I prefer other rationals and introverted intuitive's as a rule. I have been with mostly Entertainer types it appears myself, who are fun and cute in the short term, but in the long term I don't see a future. They would drive me nuts lol
