in the field yes, concentration of artillery to break apart enemy formations

and France had really good artillery pieces, lighter cannons with carriages

there are so many hundreds of napoleonic games

so say a 20 pounder, monster cannon, the French version weighed half as much as any other nation's 20 pounders

grand strategic level, operational level, tactical level, you can get napoleonic games for any of them

the 1805 war was decided in the first few weeks

not because Napoleon fought an epic battle

but because he was able to maneuver his army, like 200,000 men and pick off one of the Coalition armies of only like 70,000 men

and the Ulm campaign wasn't a huge battle, just Divisions doing operational maneuvers

to encircle that Austrian army
