I preaches the sanctity of monogamous marriage and the rejection of degenerate acts that have proven their worth in the modern context.
It's a focal point for families to congregate and build bonds with your people in a deep and profound way that improves the life of all involved
and creates a social diagram of self corrective behavior enforced by collective intolerance of any unseemly act with scorn, potential social ostracisation &
the most severe penalty of shunning and excommunication (now shown to be the greatest fear of man).
All this, without involving a state that has it's own man made concepts on how to deal with such occurrences with mindless violence, who's often corrupt and sadistic
practitioners serve more often then not, too compound additional trouble on the sinner, in doing so, sow disunity and distrust amongst the peoples which turns the punishment
of the sinner into one the entire community shares that bastardizes and corrupts the social corrective mechanism that is Christianity.
It also provides a strong layer of collective character onto the holders and gives a strong sense of purpose in the life of the individual and community with common direction

towards creating divine civilizations. This is an extremely bounteous benefit that is often not understood or praised enough.
Man has trouble thinking ahead by a month let alone 5 years or 10 years even. Christianity is diagram of advancement for 1000 years.
This is what I consider to be a blessing of God to those that reap the benefits when participating in a cohesive, devotional, Christian Nation.
