We have the opposite here in Silicon Valley
It’s not so much that women leave but tons of men come here to be engineers
are nerdy girls who work in tech cute?
they go to cities and then bigger cities
I haven't met many cute girls in engineering...
I think the nerdy asian tech girls are super cute
yeah
they go to big cities with vibrant social life
and culture
or just to mega cities
The white nerdy girls less so and honesty there are pretty much zero technical white girls in tech
there are books and sources about it..
most of the women in my lab in Tokyo were all introverts
men are more invested in their countries..
women are looking for the exotic and beautiful
They all gravitate to less technical areas like being PRoduct managers
you work at a lab
In tech it’s kind of funny actually
I never tried to get too close to anyone in my lab as I didn't want to rock the boat or anything
being a scientist got to be fun
I always wanted to be scientists but couldnt make it
Most women become managers because they love meetings and talking
And the men do all the work
social work..or soft work
work that is feminine somehow

yes, I like it.
My favorite things to do is to look for a dozen papers on recent developments, print them out and then go to a cafe to slowly read them and people watch on a lazy sunday afternoon

I like that women civilise men to some degree
they are not much more than clustering hens slandering around all day
they are hens clustering
they SHOULD be hens in pack
calling it being social is somewhat an euphemism
thats the ideal
Asian girls are the only ones that are actually engineers but even the best technical woman is like 2 levels below the best men
