DNA tests only give you probabilities of that genetic ancestry

So if you get 2% Ashkenazi, for example, that's something like a 2% chance of having an Ashkenazi ancestors within the past 12 generations

Iirc the science- I'm not a geneticist

So, even if that kit *doesn't* confirm your theory it's not exactly precise
