@Skellington There is no balance between those two. As for Corona, the problem with it is that China is withholding the information which is worrying onto itself but there seems to be more and more concerning information about this virus by the day. Mortality with the "official" numbers might not be that high (which I doubt, CCP) but the infection rate (R0) is supposedly about 4. Which mean for every infected person it will infect another 4 other people. For comparison sake your avrage seasonal flu has R0 of a little above 1. Another unsettling fact is that the virus has capability to shed, which means it can spread asymptomaticly. You don't have to be coughing for it to transmit and you don't even have to feel sick. Not to mention that some Indian scientists that were examining the virus found some unusual genetical inserts that resembled HIV - 1 that were supposedly give the virus more infectious and tougher characteriatics. Granted, all of those informations come from papers that are NOT PEER REVIEWED AS OF YET so take it with a grain of salt.
