She won’t, basically a blasphemer but ok, I don’t see why I should encourage her to keep it when it can be better used for someone actually trying to convert to Catholicism

Yea but I can’t read for the life of me on phones, I like books and as I said I just feel like it would be better used rather the kept in the hands of someone that mocks Catholicism commits sin on the daily rejects Christ and advocates for ideas like that which murder innocent babies

I do my best to not commit sin though, and work to better myself as well as to put myself in the position where I can eventually confess my sins once I fulfill RCIA, and no I don’t think that constitutes rejecting Christ and mocking Catholicism as the difference is working harder and believing in the church and believing in doing better by following Christ’s teaching

@Dang_Isaiah it’s extremely unlikely that she will, maybe she will though, I don’t know but I feel her offer of a Bible is a good way to help me on my journey towards joining the church

Is because she continues to deny him and has since she was a child, and personally I don’t think she will ever choose otherwise, her politics, her faith, her choices, all of them show rejection of him, I believe that we all have a chance if we take it and that all can be saved but some just choose otherwise, like I said idk, there’s a chance she could as there’s a chance with everyone but I feel it would help me along on my journey

I'm sure it would help you, but that does not change the fact that you would be depriving a devastatingly lost soul of one of the most important Christian resources.

Her family is catholic I’m rather sure that they have bibles on demand if she ever needs one
