We don't touch floor with the hands
Maybe add her after another conversation.
You don't want to come on *too* strong.
Ok
Yeah, you're in a proper church not Christian Mingle
Also, why Faceache?
Also
Nobody Answered me why do people raise their hands up reciting the our father
Be a bit more trad, get her phone number.
I wanted to try but the one guy that I know within that indonesian clique didn't turn up
>tfw you don't wanna racemix and there's only 1 attractive Asian girl within your church
That'd be a good excuse *to* chat to them, tbh
?
Not like they're gonna turn you away after turning up to mass.
"Hey, My friend bailed on me, so I need to replace him"
Something like that.
yo
Obviously don't say that with a serious tone to your voice.

Yo

Genius
Well.
I have a moment or two.
So why do people raise their hands reciting the our father
There's a whole bunch of asian thots at the nearby asian prottie church
Oh, right. That.
I'm not sure *why* people insist on doing it, but they shouldn't be. The gesture is supposed to be priestly.
Its so stupid
I get it if you're a family
And you wanna hold hands
But otherwise it's pretty dumb
It's like I was saying to Karst earlier. It happens less in ad orientum mass.
Well, as I've observed anyway.
Maybe its because ad orientum mass attracts a different crowd
Partially that, but I think it also might be a psychological thing.
The priest doesn't do it at all in ad orientum I thought
It's not quite as... what's the word.... "extravagent" a motion, let's say, but I believe the priest does part his hands for the our father. Akin to the position of the hands during "dominus vobiscum", if you will.
But in any case, when the priest is facing away from the congregation, I dare say it feels like less of an invitation to mirror the body language.
Know what I mean?
