The 2nd pic is from Falling Down (1993)
Rule 1 of new /rel/:
Where's the lie
nonexistent
Got myself a little christmas present as well
A retractable steel baton, high-powered police mace, and a flint-based fire starter.
The first one is illegal where I live
Just your state? I would totally love a steel baton
You live in Cali?
I myself am an Indianan, I believe he is cali
Yeah, they're illegal in Commiefornia
Ironically enough, though, any knife is legal, as long as they're not over 4 inches.
How much do they run for?
I don't understand how a nonlethal weapon is illegal, but a weapon that's literally designed to disembowel someone is.
Not too bad tbh
Actually not even that much
like 20-40, maybe 50
I like collecting weaponry
Being poor is a setback but I still have a bunch of knives, and four different BB/air guns
And a machete
Ironically, I don't think blowguns are illegal in any state either
Which is weird, because they're literally designed to shoot out poison covered darts.
One of my BB pistols seems incredibly powerful for such a weapon
Heh
We have a really weird weapons law in Ohio
Brass knuckles are illegal as a self-defense weapon, but they're not illegal to possess
Yeah you guys are weird about butterfly knives too
So you can buy one, but if you use it as a weapon, you can get charaged
'charged'
Indiana has fairly good weapon laws for now
I don't know the specifics about weapon laws.
Except that Ohio is one of the few states that still doesn't require liscensing for guns
Wait, what laws does Ohio have towards butterfly knives?
@TheImperator it was a gang control measure
Ohio is generally lax when it comes to weapons. People sell old fashioned switch blades, brass knuckles, and even crossbows, at the downtown flea market.
