I highly recommend the books The Way by Clark Carlton and Becoming Orthodox by Peter Gillquist, very informative for Protestants as both are written by Protestant converts

To understand aerial tollhouses you need to read up on it in his writings and the writings of any fathers that mention them

The Orthodox Church I found in my area is under the Ecumenical Patriarchate

Because non orthodox will lie about what they are and many orthodox won't sufficiently understand them

But tollhouses are not dogmatized by any conciliar canons, so either way, it's not a huge deal that he taught them

Now, my family likely won't sit well with it thougy
