And it's kept in a super special medium just to stay alive and reproduces poorly by blebbing

So you need fairly elaborate saccharide and phospholipid membranes

Removing the membrane or the capsule would kill the cell since the minimal genome doesn't produce any notable structural proteins

well that goes into abiogenesis, which isn't clearly understood as of now. We arent sure what process creates life yet. I do know however, that the first life on Earth lacked a membrane and many other complex structures. Now I suck at biology, so tomorrow I will have to take a look into all this.
