Last time my server was taken down, I rebuilt in like a day and half... Was no biggy. But, I have a channel that helps bring people back in.. But even if Ancom Pride takes me out, I wont be gone for long

And yeah, it takes me about four hours to rebuild, but, I still haven’t gotten back to the numbers before the takeover

So what exactly caused the takeover, and how did they do damage?

In a nutshell

We had bots that required ownership to work on because of discord’s issues

This allowed for someone to social engineer a situation to get ownership while acting like alpha, he then unveiled himself as ancom pride, kicked everyone, and it was his server

So you had to start from scratch?

That’s why I’m solely in charge of kicks, bans, and more

Grew to almost a 100 bit didn’t hit it before we slowed down

Yeah my server I don't let anyone ban, just kick. And not only that, they can't make channels or anything

Been pulling people from Instagram and Reddit

It’s called timeout role, send you to the corner category, with the cool off text and vc

Removes them from the server without removing them, takes away the annoyance from the rest of the server

Easy to set up, make everyone role have no perms or anything, have member with basic perms, and a time out role with only access to the time out section, and have your mods, you, and time out role only ones who can see the timeout section
