In any case cooperating with cops doesn't buy you any leniency here (hooray soviet justice) so helping and talking to cops, if you do it, it can be only understood willfull betrayal by your comrades. Makes it really simple.
I think it's not appropriate to talk to *any* outsiders about some things. Promoting the cause is innocuous enough, of course, but one should assume anything they say is going to be quoted in court someday. Remember, even in this room a lot of people haven't been vetted.
Most
Have not been vetted
If I had to give one advice, I wish people really understood it. Whenever I talk, I have made sure I'm not saying anything that isn't publicly available on movement website. Ever. It was made extremely clear to me early on, and I'm glad.
& even that doesn't mean much. Anything you do online leaves a trial transcript
Of course.
I said ever and I meant it.
Not now, not in the history.
Just why would you, even? Brag? Inform antifas? No point.
I've told myself I'm going to leave siege outside the door before I come in here any more. I get fired up. I need to do better on that. But yeah giving up info on line is crazy.
I've got no excuse either I'm not young & I know better.
I don't even care so much about myself but if I incriminated my comrades I could never forgive myself.
Well, this room stays pretty low-key. But, again, people join this party because they want to make a difference through a grass-roots movement, without taking a shortcut through criminal activity.
Agreed. I don't want to be the one in the room getting others fired up into saying something they shouldnt
@dd✳555 agreed, I just need to set a better example.
We get going on Mason & well....
I don't even get stressed out about the online stuff, I just follow the few basic rules. No secret movement stuff and plans, don't brag about intentions on wandering into the gray are of the law. With those you're pretty cool.
But admitting you smoked a joint in like 2010 is whatever. Explicitly telling where and when and whose legs you broke with a leadpipe more recently is not good.
TL;DR Common sense
@My Name Is Hate I wouldn't worry about Mason. Yeah, siege is dangerous in parts, but seeing something as effective or pragmatic in the abstract and actually planning to carry it out are so very different.
Yeah, I love the American law, you can brag about overthrowing the state and as long as you don't say "Kill this EXACT kike RIGHT NOW", it's all legal.
Man, what I wouldn't do for that kind of freedom of speech...
Hahahaha! True.
We couldn't even show crossed star of david during may day demo
cucked as fuck
America has a crazy law on the books called conspiracy, to meet the requirement of breaking this law is scary simple. I only learned this once i went away & spoke to others. 2 or more people speak even roughly about "doing something" & then 1 of those people taking one step towards accomplishing this plan.
We all do.
To be on the safe side I'm just going to leave my fiery revolutionary talk for another time
technically even going to a bar to complain about niggers can constitute a conspiracy to suppress civil rights or whatever the fuck
Yes, you get it. I'm just predicting an uptic in LE interest
Yes, this is true. I know someone this "conspiracy" and "terroristic threats" happened to for something very harmless and with absolutely no true intent.
Now they are basically out of society for life, due to the criminal record.
Anyhow, be careful.
The (((USG))) is a scary entity
We got actual lawyers studying our party texts so we can advocate national socialist revolution in a way that doesn't break EU laws. Same as German bands.
This is the advice I gave Matt
Have a lawyer look at it first
My man.
But I got a couple of friends with RAC bands, they tell how all their German buddies have lawyers look up their texts, and theirs as well if they wanna sell in Germany. Seriously.
Imagine if in USA lawyers had to listen to CDs before they're allowed for sale to see if they breach racial hatred laws.
