Southerners have a big problem with Nostalgia, they will hold onto somehting even when its no longer useful

The Klan model was outmoded by the 1920s but it still worked in the rural areas, but when they revived it again after WWII all the sudden they found out

that they couldnt really do much and this is why

WWI changed the model, the Klan never adapted
