I'd say ES3 or ZST for gym, about $8-$12 on sale

I have ES3 but ZST is the same with less bass

but they have build quality QC issues

mine are built nicely but ZST owners say they can. take apart their earphones with their nails

also the shape is nice, consistent fit with my small ears even though the earphones themselves are on the bigger side, they have a sporty look to em
