@HEKTIK they're nice and have literally 0 business being this good but at the same time they made me realise how much I hate Vshaped IEMs

2018-04-13 10:04:09 UTC

kek

2018-04-13 10:04:13 UTC

ya flat is justice

2018-04-13 10:04:30 UTC

you can plug the ports near the cable and pull down the bass by like 3-4db

2018-04-13 10:04:41 UTC

brb

2018-04-13 10:05:10 UTC

srs the bass overpowers a bunch of the spectrum

2018-04-13 10:05:17 UTC

ya

2018-04-13 10:05:22 UTC

And they're not the clearest IEMs but they're eons above piston fresh

2018-04-13 10:05:48 UTC

She'll be right until I get my Tin's back

2018-04-13 10:05:50 UTC

i kinda wanna make a 2dd hybrid with em because the DF curve is stupid good

2018-04-13 10:06:04 UTC

DF?

2018-04-13 10:06:09 UTC

even 2dd+ba and just tune the ba to like 10k+

2018-04-13 10:06:11 UTC

2018-04-13 10:07:01 UTC

same upper midrange/low treble hump as ety

2018-04-13 10:07:10 UTC

It's even smoother

2018-04-13 10:07:15 UTC

lol

2018-04-13 10:07:34 UTC

But yeah

2018-04-13 10:07:38 UTC

They're pretty good imo

2018-04-13 10:07:52 UTC

ya they cant be beat for $8 imo unless you really dont want bass

2018-04-13 10:07:55 UTC

or hate diffuse field

2018-04-13 10:08:19 UTC

Call me a retard but I put the bass down a little using AudioFX on Lineage

2018-04-13 10:08:39 UTC

makes sense

2018-04-13 10:09:00 UTC

i dont like eq because i swap devices and sources and transducers too much so it just isnt viable for the most part

2018-04-13 10:09:27 UTC

My Nexus 5X is my tidal player and that's all I use IEMs for

2018-04-13 10:09:32 UTC

kek

2018-04-13 10:10:04 UTC

i wonder how much the bass bloat could be solved with some mass loading or something

2018-04-13 10:10:19 UTC

since its actually a decent bass curve, its just got way too long of a decay

2018-04-13 10:10:25 UTC

slap some sorbothane in that bitch

2018-04-13 10:10:35 UTC

I pretty much copied the settings in Foobar so I could use it with my 20GB FLAC collection on a 128GB SSD <:wholesomethonk:373550351082848267>

2018-04-13 11:37:38 UTC

even though i ripped a gash in my zs5

2018-04-13 11:37:44 UTC

i might make it bigegr

2018-04-13 11:37:47 UTC

and keep sanding it down

2018-04-13 11:39:23 UTC

open back zs5

2018-04-13 11:47:58 UTC

yeah maybe

2018-04-13 13:06:51 UTC

GUYS

2018-04-13 13:07:05 UTC

first ZS10 super HYPE POST on head-fi

2018-04-13 13:07:16 UTC

```Well, I read some Japanese review, asked a Chinese friend of mine who got zs10...
And all of them claimed that "Knowledge Zenith", nailed the market seriously.
It came near to Noble Django($999) in technicality and is a little off tuned(but simply to great for chi fi) compared to noble Django.
Well he said
*compared to django
Bass is a little loose but is extending to deep and is linear.
Mids are fantastic
Treble is very good but some roughness(it is smooth overall).
```
