Ever since I saw this episode of Recess as a kid, I've been obsessed with the idea of this game. I ask your help in trying to recreate it based on the small glimpse that the show gives us.
The facts are as follows:
1) Ajimbo is a collectible puzzle-like tile game found in packs of gum.
2) The game is played for keeps, so any tiles that are defeated during the game go to the victor.
3) When you win, you shout "Ajimbo!".
4) There is a mechanic called "scramming"; it may be a term referring to defeating one's opponent.
5) There is something called a "triple polander (pollander?)" and an N1 Strategy (which can apparently be blocked by a Silver Owl).
6) Some of the rule are completely inconsistent.
If I am not mistaken, it seems that in some scenes, the tiles might be able to stack. (Please check the video for confirmation.)

Silver Owl
Green Snake
Black Lion
White Dove
Pink Rabbit
Yellow Chicken
Gray Monkey
Spotted Eagle
Purple Panther
Brown Turtle
Red (Pig??)
Orange Cheetah
And Gus mentions something about a Gold Turkey while Spinelli mocks someone about their Chartreuse Giraffe (which may just be a facetious example that she invented).
