>>I was drawn to seminar given by Sean Olive an acoustic research fellow for Harman International. The discussion was about what makes a good headphone and in ear monitor. I interviewed him about the new Harman curve, and the future of headphones, and a discussion on correlation between dollars spent and sound quality. The headphone that achieved a perfect frequency response against the Harman curve was an 80 dollar Sony headphone, a surprising factoid.

MDR-7506 confirmed most perfect headphone ever made

lmao
the 7506 is not at all harman
also harman sucks dick
this is why I hate inline mics
JBL Synchros S10 has issues with audio on the left side due to the in-line mic.
They also sound worse than Vido earphones
i think
How do you guys feel about software EQ's?
nothing wrong with it
every headphone could use some amount of eq
as everyone has different hearing
it allow the individual to tune the sound to their liking
My hearing range is like, 20-19,000 Hz.
the foobar one
sucks
install equalizerapo or whatever its callexc
It does, I'm noticing some issues, like, fucktons of distortion in the bass.
use peace
eh the gui on apo is good enough for me
but i mostly use it for speaker correction
THis is actually much better than the foobar one
Might as well put that on my kekpad too
