**Usage**: t!cookie <user> | <stats> [user] | <shop>

**Examples:**
**`t!cookie @somebody`** mention a user to give a cookie
**`t!cookie stats <user>`** check your(or a user's) cookie stats
**`t!cookie shop`** open the cookie shop menu to purchase cookie modifiers
