I'm a big fan of old school cars.
If I had to choose between the hot/hatches it would probably be between Veloster N, Type-R, or VW Golf R.
But I'm also eyeballing more expensive vehicles.
I kinda have an itching to drive a BMW M2 Comp.
Yea i try to not even think about those more expensive vehicles lmao
for work i've driven them, lets just say they're quite fantastic
👀
Some day I wish I was rich. That M2 Comp is 50-60k 😂
It's incredible how far they've advanced
even your veloster
I'm grateful. We could still be riding horses!
compared to a 80's Ferrari your veloster is quite capable lol
My friggin honda fit could out handle a 70's porsche
That's insane to think about. The only reason why the Veloster is capable is because it's light weight.
oof
Everything, power delivery, abs, tires, chassis rigidity
I would have thought turbo kits would be cheaper.
But best I've been seeing was several thousand.
mainly tires and chassis regidity and suspension geometry
Good point.
Not sure how expensive that would be either. I have knowledge and skills, but not enough to do a full motor/engine swap.
or if it's the same motor with a turbo on it, just use the turbo and stuff
Hmm.
yea it's definitely not a small task
feelsbad
But since the non turbo and the turbo are the same chassis, it wouldn't be too difficult
a lot easier than putting a honda motor into a hyundai
know what i mean?
it all bolts up no custom parts needed
For sure.
but still tons of money and work
I'll have to do some digging and see cost.
I'm probably about to get a better job, so soon expenses won't be a big deal.
probably not worth it imo
Probably not.
As someone with a 117hp Fit, i don't desire more power

Moving on...There's nothing *"magical"* about it (and DON'T try this *"I'm saying but I didn't say"* shit with me), it's **VERY SIMPLE,** new fuel sources means lower fuel prices means lower prices on everything. That's about as magical as air.
The swap + labor cost of a prof shop to do it...
phew.
yeah well it seems magical to me.
