Just logged on here for the first time, and saying "hello". Still happy I didn't vote for the alternative , but Trump has done something disappointing here.

JTThrasher (TWP-Lynchburg, Va.) 2017-04-07 14:45:51

Finally got this thing to work.

parrott 2017-04-07 14:46:10

Trump's victory in the general was a net positive for our cause, as it was a proof of concept that a national populist message can and will resonate with the masses.

dd✳555 2017-04-07 14:47:06

Right. I didn't expect him to keep *all* his promises, but it would have been nice.

parrott 2017-04-07 14:47:13

The fact that fascism-lite was a winning platform isn't something that can be taken away. And the harder he crashes in flames after betraying that platform, the better for our cause.

JTThrasher (TWP-Lynchburg, Va.) 2017-04-07 14:47:26

Hello dd1986. My first time also. This Syrian situation is disgusting.

dd✳555 2017-04-07 14:48:04

Fascism light paves the way for the real deal, hahah. I'm onboard.

parrott 2017-04-07 14:48:12

I anticipated a long uncomfortable process of trying to defend him from hardliners as he pragmatically and patiently implemented a bunch of watered down populist half-measures. Since he's outright fucked us all on trade, on foreign policy, on infrastructure, on health, and (soon) on immigration, life's simpler for me.

dd✳555 2017-04-07 14:49:12

Yeah, agreed. I'm not defending him, anymore. Except to say that his winning was a positive step for America.

JTThrasher (TWP-Lynchburg, Va.) 2017-04-07 14:49:49

Yeah. He surrounded himself w/ (((them))) from the beginning.

parrott 2017-04-07 14:50:14

The bad outcome for us would have been him attempting to pursue a populist America First strategy and failing and flailing. This outright betrayal is something we can work with to polarize folks.

JTThrasher (TWP-Lynchburg, Va.) 2017-04-07 14:50:52

True. Breitbart comments are filled with dissent.

parrott 2017-04-07 14:51:07

He's a marketing wizard with a good ear. He had no idea what he was doing and just spent the primaries and general saying what succeeded in his A/B marketing testing process. And now that he's in office, he's trying to "delegate" to "smart people" and it's all unraveling.

parrott 2017-04-07 14:51:47

The conservative mainstream media is trying desperately this morning to keep a lid on the populist outrage, and I believe that by the afternoon they'll have squarely failed.

parrott 2017-04-07 14:52:24

Who the fuck wants more neocon warmongering? How the fuck is that bird going to fly?

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 14:54:44

Who benefits more from invading syria? America it israel?

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 14:54:49

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 14:55:27

My guess is israel, but one of you goys light line something i don't

parrott 2017-04-07 14:55:31

It's in our vital national security interests to be ISIS's airforce.

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 14:55:37

*might know

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 14:55:42

Fuck i cant type

tom (twp) 2017-04-07 14:55:43

Not America, not Syria, really only Israel and isis benefit

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 14:56:24

Wait, it benefits israel AND isis?

parrott 2017-04-07 14:56:34

Well, Israel's got the general long game strategy of patiently plucking out every uncontrolled player in the Middle East. There's more detail and nuance, of course. But Jews think and act generationally. They need Assad gone.

tom (twp) 2017-04-07 14:57:01

Well if Assad can't attack isis with 20 jets then they definitely benefit

tom (twp) 2017-04-07 14:57:27

Or whatever scum is there isis, rebels, it's all a big shithole

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 14:58:17

To me, it seems like america fighting israel's battle. What will the us gain from this?

parrott 2017-04-07 14:58:26

What I'm fearful of is that Putin has an excellent opportunity to cash in on his strong position in Syria to ensure that his warm water port remains in his hands and then let Assad choke while Trump gets the blame for another Libya-style power vacuum clusterfuck.

tom (twp) 2017-04-07 14:58:49

Yeah that's my biggest fear, power vacuum

parrott 2017-04-07 14:59:34

The smart play for Putin right now is to shrug his shoulders and let America hang itself. I'm fearful about that because Israel still wins.

tom (twp) 2017-04-07 14:59:42

Then more "refugees" into Europe, and more destruction of our race

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 14:59:59

God dammit

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 15:00:15

Jews lie about gas then ruin everything

FashyGoy1488 2017-04-07 15:00:22

Here we go again

parrott 2017-04-07 15:00:38

Think of the six million Syrian toddlers Assad gassed.
