There are plenty of people that I would have considered 'smart leftists' that still weren't smart enough to not fall in with Clinton. I see no reason to think Hitchens wouldn't be one of them.

I mean, I knew a guy that had no problem admitting that hillary was human garbage and probably belonged in jail, but when she became the nominee he was all in for her.
And in my own case I said and meant that I would consider not voting if Trump was the nominee, but I had no problem supporting him when he was the nominee.
People change their mind, is what I'm getting at, sometimes for reasons that don't make any goddamn sense.

While I don't think PMS is a Western Construct obviously, I do believe it is over used to excuse bad behavior. Ya PMS can have bad behavior sure, but whenever a woman acts badly they blame it on PMS even if its not at all related. Woman get a free I can act badly pass every month.
