While I don't think PMS is a Western Construct obviously, I do believe it is over used to excuse bad behavior. Ya PMS can have bad behavior sure, but whenever a woman acts badly they blame it on PMS even if its not at all related. Woman get a free I can act badly pass every month.
To say it might be worse in the US isn't necessary wrong, not because it actually is worse or is a social consstruct. But because it is more socially acceptable to be used as an excuse.

I think it's a good possibility that Tim is in fact red pilled, he panders to the left so they will keep watching. When he started he was on the left but as time went on things have shifted for him.
