We’re overdue to try Clank
Rookie numbers but you have Catan so that’s a decent start
Then again my collection comes from my dad’s time and he was from the first era (his group was pre dnd and even helped design RuneQuest which is another rpg so they were big into board games since like the 80’s and probably before that)
I’d recommend some munchkin there are many forms and expansions but all are good (start with basic tho).
Ticket to ride is a good one, all about trains and such, really a modern classic.
Any sort of apples to apples is great with a good grp of friends (cards against humanity if you have a darker/dirtier sense of humor).
Love Letter is a nice small one that is really fun, many variations of it (including a munchkin version :P).
Recently with my group we’ve been playing “we didn’t play test this at all” which is confusing but pretty fun too.
Fluxx of some variety is a must if you don’t have it in that card game box what can’t be seen into.
Love letter is on the list
Munchkin is one I still have to look into
We still need to break out and play Superfight
We also have a ton of the jack box party games
On the switch too
Use your words is good too
Need to get ticket to ride
We do jackbox sometimes too but we mainly play dnd some less time for board games.
Munchkin is amazing imo the art style is all cartoony and great and there are so many styles you can choose what u like pretty much from dungeon crawler, to spies, to super powers, to karate, to apocalyptic, to cthulhu, to wizard of oz.
I’m a big fan
(Also zombies, steampunk, warhammer, space, old west) many many many
Pirates, vampires
Yes
We also need to try pandemic
That’s a fun one if the 2 times I played it are anything to go by
The garage is filthy but each of those yellow topped boxes in the first 2 rows is filled with board games.
We do the kids room at a local gaming convention every year which is why we have the legos in with them, and I don’t really understand the bit boxes but they also got games in them
If you are willing to sit through a nearly 50 page rule book for a up to 3+ hr game there’s always Arkham horror
Damn that’s a lot of games
Because Arkham horror is the classic.
At least 1 maybe 2 of the boxes are from before I was born (am 23)
Tru
Wtf is she doing to the cmos battery?
in her defense that is a stock photo so the ppl taking it probably told her what to do and were just as clueless
but when its used to say "more women in stem!" well thats a big oof
Also, I think it's some sort of chemical lab.
Is that a fume cupboard on the left?
And I've never seen those glasses in a lab. Who uses glasses when soldering? Well, maybe when you're heating up a battery.
It's like they wanted to intentionally embarrass her
and considering it's a pc motherboard with smd's topside, she should be using a reflow wand
see all i know is that she'd lose her hand and thats enough for me, but there seems to be hidden depth to it as well
if it were a prototyping lab to fabricate pcb's, a fume cupboard would be used for etching with chemicals
This picture is amazing. It's got more easter eggs than a lidelof script.
That is fair.
ur welcome
but it's not a prototyping lab - there's no vacuum fume venting pipes
Those sinks make me think it's a chemical lab.
